The LinkWall Suite, from Connectotel
The LinkWall Suite consists of LinkWall, AdWall and FileWall components, running
on BorderManager 3.5 through 3.9 servers. The software loads a database of
URL's and Domains into memory on a BorderManager server, and is configured using
NWADMIN (BorderManager 3.5-3.8) or iManager (BorderManager 3.9) in the Access
Rules menu. The database categories are easily modifiable by the customer,
and can be automatically updated by a server process from a source list at
Connectotel (yearly update subscription required after the first year). The
software can be integrated with RTMonitor to easily review real-time logging
information and add selected URL's to a custom blocking category.
Up to 64 URL categories can be configured for BorderManager 3.5 through 3.8,
and up to 128 categories can be configured for BorderManager 3.9 for
excellent granularity in applying categories to users, groups, containers,
subnets, IP addresses or the organization as a whole. Whitelists (allowed
categories) are also available.
The software is licensed per user, for an unlimited amount of servers owned by
the customer.
The software runs for 45 days after installation if installed in evaluation
mode (no license key), after which it will stop functioning. Copying the license
key to the server and restarting the software is all that is required to
re-enable full use of the product, without reinstallation or reconfiguration.
Software utilities provided with the LinkWall suite can be used for the first
year to automatically download database updates from Connectotel to keep the
blocking lists current. The customer is not obligated to use Connectotel's
blocking lists and can use other sources to keep the lists updated. Multiple
sources can be combined as desired. Manual updates to the lists are simple
and easy to accomplish.
Annual Software Maintenance (ASM) can be purchased at additional cost of
approximately 20% of the LinkWall Suite cost after the first year. (ASM for
one year is included in the initial cost). Annual Software Maintenance includes
software updates within the 12-month period, as well as access to the
LinkWall Blacklist download, and direct support from Connectotel.
Please note that the purchase of this product provides immediate access to the LinkWall software, but the license key is generated manually, per customer, and will take a few days. The license key will be emailed to the address provided by the customer in the order form. The license key simply needs to be copied to the server in the proper location and LinkWall restarted.

One problem that seems to come up now and again is an issue where you cannot
place an order, because the ordering system rejects a security code that you
enter. I have no idea why this happens, but it seems to come and go periodically,
and the only thing people do to get around it is to keep trying. Sometimes it
helps to start over with a different browser. I am trying to work with the
shopping cart vendor to get this problem solved.
